Realme GT 8 Pro India Launch on November 20: Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, 7,000mAh Battery & More

Realme has officially announced that its next flagship smartphone the Realme GT 8 Pro, will launch in India on November 20 at 12 PM (IST). The device will be powered by Qualcomm’s new 3nm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor paired with a huge 7,000mAh battery and 120W fast charging support.

The launch event will take place on November 20, and a special microsite for the phone is already live on Realme’s official website. With the GT 8 Pro, Realme is all set to re-enter the premium smartphone market after months of teasers and leaks.

Performance: Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5

The Realme GT 8 Pro will feature the same Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset used in the Chinese model. This powerful processor comes with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage, which makes the phone super fast, smooth for multitasking, and quick to open apps. It will also have a Hyper Vision+ AI chip that improves camera quality, screen visuals, and other smart AI features.

For handle heat during heavy gaming or long use, Realme has added a large 7,000 sq mm vapour chamber cooling system for efficient temperature control.

Long-Lasting 7,000mAh ‘Titan Battery’

One of the biggest highlights of the GT 8 Pro is its 7,000mAh Titan Battery.Realme claims it can deliver:

  • Up to 7.6 hours of BGMI gameplay
  • Around 21 hours of YouTube playback
  • Over 500 hours of standby time

With 120W Ultra Fast Charging, the phone can get a full day’s power in just 15 minutes.

Display & Design

The smartphone will come with a 2K AMOLED display offering up to 7,000 nits peak brightness and a 144Hz refresh rate for sharp, smooth visuals.

Camera & Software

For those who love taking photos, the Realme GT 8 Pro comes with three rear cameras that have swappable lenses and use Ricoh GR Imaging technology to capture clear, professional-level pictures. The phone runs on Android 16 with Realme UI 7.0 giving users a smooth, simple, and improved experience.
