Farmers registered under the PM Kisan Yojana are waiting for the 22nd installment of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme. Recently, Prime Minister Narendra Modi released the 21st installment on November 19, 2025, which brought financial help to crores of farmers.
Under the PM Kisan Yojana about ₹18,000 crore was sent directly to the bank accounts of nearly 9 crore farmers. Before this, the 20th installment was given in August 2025, and the 19th installment was released in February 2025. Every eligible farmer gets ₹6,000 per year in three installments of ₹2,000 each.
PM Kisan Yojana: When Can Farmers Get the 22nd Installment?
All installments for the year 2025 have already been paid under the PM Kisan Yojana. The next payment, which is the 22nd installment, will be the first installment for the year 2026. The government does not announced the exact date yet, but it is expected to be released between January and March 2026.

PM Kisan 22nd Installment Expected in February 2026
According to past records, the first installment of the year is usually released in February. Because of this, many experts believe that the 22nd installment of the PM Kisan Yojana may come in February 2026. If the same schedule is followed farmers may receive ₹2,000 in their bank accounts during this time.

For correct information about the PM Kisan Yojana, farmers can go their official website pmkisan.gov.in. On this website, the KISAN E-MITRA chatbot is also available which helps farmers easily check payment details, eligibility & other information.
If the installment has not come to your bank account it may be because e-KYC is not complete, Aadhaar is not linked to your bank account, land records are not correct, or you are not eligible for the scheme. Farmers should update their details as soon as possible.

PM Kisan Yojana: Who Will Not Get the Benefit?
Some farmers are not eligible under the PM Kisan Yojana. These include income tax payers government employees, and certain pension holders. Complete eligibility information is given on the official website. To receive PM Kisan Yojana payments on time, farmers should regularly update their Aadhaar, bank details & other documents.
