Lucknow: The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has launched Phase 3 of the Anant Nagar Yojna, a major residential township planned across 785 acres on Mohan Road. Designed to house nearly 1.5 lakh residents the project is one of Uttar Pradesh’s most ambitious urban developments.
Located along the fast-growing Mohan Road corridor, the township offers excellent connectivity to the Lucknow–Kanpur Road, Outer Ring Road & key industrial and educational hubs. The layout follows a modern grid pattern with wide roads, underground electricity cabling, and 130 acres of green parks. A dedicated 100 acre Edutech City and multiple commercial pockets are also part of the master plan.

LDA has earlier allotted 334 plots in Phase 1 and 332 plots in Phase 2 through online registration and lottery. Phase 3 will now offer around 500 new residential plots, with sizes ranging from 112.5 to 450 sq. meters. The plot price remains fixed at ₹41,150 per sq. meter.
Applications will be accepted through online registration only, followed by a transparent lottery draw. Eligibility conditions remain the same: Applicants must be permanent residents of Lucknow and must not own any other residential property in Uttar Pradesh.
