New Update on Deendayal Lado Laxmi Yojana
The Haryana government has announced important updates to the Deendayal Lado Laxmi Yojana on New Year 2026. Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini said that women will no longer get ₹2,100 every month in cash. Instead, a new system has been introduced to support women’s daily needs and future savings. The income limit has also been increased from ₹1 lakh to ₹1.80 lakh, so more women can benefit.
Lado Laxmi Yojana New Payment System
Earlier, women received ₹2,100 every month directly in their bank accounts. Now, the Lado Laxmi Yojana payment system has changed:
- ₹1,100 will be given as cash
- ₹1,000 will be saved as a Fixed Deposit (FD) in the woman’s name
The payment will now be given once every three months. Women will receive a total of ₹6,300 every quarter including cash and FD amount. This change will help women meet immediate expenses and also save money for the future.
Income Limit Increased Under Lado Laxmi Yojana
The government has increased the income limit under Lado Laxmi Yojana from ₹1 lakh to ₹1.80 lakh. Women from families earning up to ₹1.80 lakh per year can now apply if they meet certain conditions, such as:
- Children scoring more than 80% in Class 10 or 12
- Children who were earlier malnourished (anemic) and are now healthy
- Children in Classes 1 to 4 who passed grade-level learning under the Nipun Mission
At present, about 8 lakh women are getting benefits, and this number will increase further.
Online Application for Deendayal Lado Laxmi Yojana
The Deendayal Lado Laxmi Yojana is now fully online. Women do not need to go to any government office. Eligible women can simply download the official mobile app, complete registration, and apply online easily from home. This online system saves time and keeps the process clear and transparent.
Next Installment Date of Lado Laxmi Yojana
The last payment was given on December 3, 2025. According to the new three-month payment rule, the next installment of Lado Laxmi Yojana is expected in March 2026. Women will receive three months’ amount at one time, helping them manage bigger needs.
