Vivo has launched its new X300 series globally after first introducing it in China. The series includes two phones — Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro — both offering better performance and camera quality than the older X200 series.
These phones come with MediaTek’s new Dimensity 9500 processor, Zeiss-tuned cameras, and AMOLED displays. They also have IP68 protection, meaning they are safe from dust and water. The X300 series is already available in some countries and is expected to launch in India very soon.
Design and Display
Both phones have a stylish design with a big circular camera setup at the back.
- X300 colors: Halo Pink, Phantom Black
- X300 Pro colors: Dune Brown, Phantom Black
- Both are IP68 rated for dust and water resistance.

- Vivo X300 Pro: 6.78-inch 1.5K OLED screen, 120Hz refresh rate
- Vivo X300: 6.31-inch OLED screen with the same 120Hz refresh rate
Performance
The Vivo X300 and X300 Pro are powered by MediaTek Dimensity 9500 — a powerful 3nm chipset that ensures smooth performance and better energy efficiency. Both phones support LPDDR5x RAM and come with Android 16 based on OriginOS 6.
Vivo promises five years of Android updates. You’ll also get smoother animations, faster app performance, and better customization options.

Vivo has always focused on great cameras, and the X300 series is no different.

- 50MP Sony main sensor (OIS)
- 50MP ultra-wide camera

Both phones have a 50MP front camera, perfect for selfies and video calls.

Battery life has also improved in this series.

Both support 90W fast charging and 40W wireless charging, so you can charge them quickly.
Expected Launch Date in India
The Vivo X300 series is launch in India by early December 2025. Vivo has not announced the exact date yet, but official details may come soon.

The pricing will place these phones in the premium range:

- Vivo X300 Pro: Around ₹1,00,000
