The decision was approved on February 11, 2026. Now, the company is waiting for approval from shareholders and authorities to complete the process.
The Mumbai-based IT company said the rebranding reflects its new vision focused on artificial intelligence (AI) and business innovation.

The company said the LTIMindtree name change shows its shift from traditional IT services to a more advanced, AI-driven business model. It wants to become a “Business Creativity partner” for businesses across the globe.
CEO and Managing Director Venu Lambu said the new brand represents the company’s future goals. He explained that the company wants to create new ways of working and deliver better value to clients.
The company has also introduced a new tagline — “Outcreate.” This means helping clients not just compete in the market, but create new opportunities and stay ahead.
