Gold Price Today: Gold and Silver Rates Hit Record High in India

Gold Price Today Shows Strong Rise

Gold Price Today is in the news as gold and silver prices are changing every day. The price of gold is rising very fast, creating movement in the market. On December 22, gold and silver prices reached their highest level so far.

Gold and Silver Prices Increase Sharply

According to the India Bullion and Jewellers Association (IBJA), Gold Price Today increased by ₹1,805 to ₹1,33,584 per 10 grams. Earlier, gold was priced at ₹1,31,779.

Silver prices also went up. The price of 1 kg silver rose by ₹7,483 to ₹2,07,550, from ₹2,00,067.

This year, gold has become ₹57,422 more expensive, while silver prices have increased by ₹1,21,533.

Gold Price Today: Latest Rates by Purity

Here are the latest Gold Price Today rates as per IBJA:

  • 23-carat gold rose by ₹1,185 to ₹1,33,049 per 10 grams. After GST, the price is ₹1,37,040.
  • 22-carat gold increased by ₹1,090 to ₹1,22,363 per 10 grams. With GST, it costs ₹1,26,033.
  • 18-carat gold went up by ₹892 to ₹1,00,188 per 10 grams. Including GST, the price is ₹1,03,193.
  • 14-carat gold rose by ₹690 and opened at ₹78,141 per 10 grams. After GST, it reached ₹80,485.
