PM Ujjwala Yojana Apply has once again started in Chhatarpur district, bringing relief to poor women who are still dependent on smoky traditional fuels. The central government’s main objective behind this scheme is to protect women’s health by providing access to clean cooking fuel and reducing diseases caused by smoke.
Under the renewed drive, beneficiaries will receive a free LPG gas cylinder, a free gas stove, and a ₹300 subsidy on every refill. These added benefits make the scheme more helpful for economically weaker families.
Ujjwala Yojana 3.0 Launched with More Benefits
During a meeting on Ujjwala Yojana 3.0 held at the Chhatarpur Collectorate, Dhirendra Kumar from Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOC), Gwalior, officially announced the rollout of the new phase. Under this phase, the government has approved 2.5 million additional free LPG connections across the country.

Eligible women can apply easily by go their nearest LPG gas agency. They can also submit their applications online through the official website or they take help from a nearby Common Service Center (CSC).
PM Ujjwala Yojana Apply Online: Simple Process
Applying online under PM Ujjwala Yojana Apply is quick and hassle-free. Applicants need to go the official Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana website and choose the online application option. After that, they must fill in personal details, provide Aadhaar as address proof, enter a mobile number for OTP verification, and submit bank account details including account number and IFSC code.
Women who do not already have an LPG connection are eligible for a free connection after document verification. The application process will continue until the target of 2.5 million new connections is achieved.
