Millions of farmers across India wait all year for the next installment of the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme. This financial support helps them manage farming and household expenses. Bringing big relief, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has now released the 21st installment directly from Coimbatore.
Under this installment, ₹2,000 has been sent to more than 9 crore farmers through DBT.
However, just like every time, many farmers did not receive their money, which has caused worry—but the good news is that the solution is simple.
Why Your PM Kisan Installment May Not Have Arrived
If a farmer doesn’t receive the installment, the first step is to check important eligibility requirements:
e-KYC Not Completed:-
Many farmers haven’t updated their e-KYC, which is mandatory. Without e-KYC the installment automatically gets stopped.
Aadhaar Not Linked With Bank Account:-
Your Aadhaar Card must be linked to your bank account. If it is not linked the bank rejects the payment.
Land Record Verification Pending:–
Farmers need to get their land details verified. If the land ownership is not confirmed the installment can be stopped.
Incorrect Information in the Application:-
Even a small mistakes like a wrong name, incorrect Aadhaar number, or wrong bank details can delay your payment. In such cases, the application is sent for review and correction, which takes extra time.
